DealPantry Africa Ltd acts as an independent verification and due diligence agency. While we employ rigorous processes to authenticate property titles and ownership, we do not assume liability for losses arising from undisclosed third-party claims, government expropriation, or force majeure events. Clients are advised to seek independent legal counsel before finalizing any property transaction.
All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Currency conversions are based on prevailing market rates at the time of payment. Clients are responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency fluctuations. We do not accept cash payments or cryptocurrencies.
Our service fees are success-based and clearly outlined in client engagement agreements. Verification fees are due upon order confirmation, while success fees for curated deals are payable only upon successful property transfer. All fees are non-refundable except in cases of proven service non-delivery.
